UK extreme off-road racing is niche. Finding sponsors, crew, and coverage for a sport most people don’t know exists. Building a team around something that sounds made up when you explain it at dinner parties.
The Approach
Community-first content. No dance trends required.
Built 25-person team across UK and EU competitions. Secured 3+ sponsors through authentic storytelling — not decks, just showing the work. Broadcast collaborations with Channel 4 and Sky One. Grew community following by 200%.
The Reality
The UK scene died in 2025. No Ultra4. No dirt. Gone.
I could have grabbed at something else to fill the silence. But you can’t tie your soul to a single thing. Not a sport. Not a job title. Not a steering wheel.
The car was just an accessory. Fun while it lasted. But the driver is still here. Still capable. Still me.
What It Taught Me
Stand still. Wait for the full meal. Humans are persistence hunters after all.
